Course Specific T&Cs
1. Booking your course
In order for your booking to be considered valid, you must:
- Complete and submit the application form.
- Pay the total course fees as stated on your official invoice and send us a proof of payment.
2. Online Lessons Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request that online lessons are not cancelled unless in case of emergency.
- Minimum cancellation time without penalty is 24 hours prior to commencement.
- If lessons are cancelled less than 4 hours prior to commencement then that lesson will be considered used and will not be made up at a later date.
- If lessons are cancelled between 4 and 12 hours prior to commencement, then 50% of the lesson time will not be refunded and the remaining lesson time will be given at a later date as agreed with the teacher.
- In the event of a late arrival: the teacher will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. If the student does not arrive to the lesson within this time the lesson will be considered cancelled and will not be reimbursed. Any time lost due to late arrivals cannot be made up at a later date.
